Kokino Installation details

Kokino is made to be used by 3 participants who work together to create a full experience, interfaces are deliberately placed so single or dual user can't easily operate the whole system.  The resulting negotiation and exploration is as a key part of the experience as the sounds and visuals.

The prototype installation at MANTIS used a Gamepad as the pilot's control and two old (retro-styled) USB MIDI controllers for the 'navigators'.  The visuals are written in Processing and Supercollider provides the sound engine.
